Products Direct, LLC. appreciates and celebrates our rapidly-evolving and increasingly diverse global society and cultural differences.  We all need to look ahead and follow the lead of major corporations such as MGM Mirage, Barton Malow, Motorola and NBC. Today, diversity is essential for commercial survival.  According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the presence of diversity in the U.S. workforce is constantly increasing.  Their data shows that minorities, including Hispanics, African-Americas and Asians continue to increase their share in the labor force.   The United States is a melting pot unlike anything the world has ever seen before and if companies refuse to realize the immense bounty of resources which they are ignoring, they will ultimately lose out.
